The Communications/Membership Committee of the USGBC Massachusetts Membership Forum is responsible for promoting national and regional activities to the Massachusetts Affiliate members as well as promoting the MA Affiliate members, member services, events and products, to the general public.
The Communications Committee will work on developing avenues for member networking and communication. They will promote and make visible to the public, green building and sustainable development cutting edge news, events, information etc. The Membership sub-committee will specifically work on implementing activities to promote, recruit and retain Forum members. The group will work to orient members to the Forum, affiliate activities, and the green community at large, as well as set membership categories, standards, benefits and dues.
